Acid Stomach

Diet:

– Eat plenty of alkaline foods e.g fresh fruits and vegetables

– Have small meals often and avoid heavy meals at night

– AVOID: Rich spicy food, caffein (in coffee, tea, cola and chocolate) sugar, alcohol, carbonated drinks, fatty food, bananas, tomatos, watermelon

Herbs:

– Meadowsweet tea (1 tsp to 1 cup of boiling water)

– Ginger capsules

– Gingseng, licorice, orange peel

– Eater’s Digest tea

Supplements:

– Lactobacillus/ Acidophilus/Bifidus refrigerated form

Aromatherapy: Peppermint, Lemon

– Reduce stress by gentle exercise, deep breathing or just being in nature
